Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for their internal business purposes related to the services provided.
5. Limitation of Liability
While Rhapsody Talent strives to provide the highest quality HR consulting, our services are advisory in nature. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for any decisions made or actions taken in reliance on our advice. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
6. Payment Terms
